Enhancing your Inner Athlete with Yoga


Olya will teach you the principles of movement and mobility of the upper body, torso and lower body. After this workshop you will have a better understanding of where the limitations of movement are in your body, how it affects your performance and how you can improve it.

Olya fell in love with running a decade ago and after few years started to explore the discipline of yoga to improve her athletic abilities. She is a professional running coach and a yoga teacher. The vast experience in these two disciplines give her a greater perspective on how our body works, what is lacking for achieving your personal records and how to work with what you have to be your best.
Olya is ACE, NASM and TTC200 yoga alliance certified
